
The program is organized into 5 modules and combines theoretical sessions with practical workshops and analysis of real cases, which will build learning directly linked to the professional transfer.
Together with the activities, discussion spaces, and documentation specific to each unit, available on the eCampus, a wide range of teaching materials will be made available to students to facilitate the general understanding, the execution of the tasks of the various units of the program and the acquisition of key competences.
The program also includes an Individual Action Plan (IAP), where each participant's area of interest will be addressed through individual mentoring sessions.
Objectives
The programme's content is designed to establish an ecosystem and a culture of responsible innovation, addressing crucial aspects such as European regulation of AI, fundamental rights, the challenge of design biases and a wide range of ethical issues involved in technological development.
The training includes case studies and tools for implementing the SDGs through AI, ensuring that technological solutions are not only effective and commercially viable, but also promote social and environmental well-being, creating added value for the customer, the company and generating a positive impact on society.
The course also aims to facilitate the operationalisation of decision-making processes, ensuring efficiency, practicality and smooth execution. It will enable the establishment of performance indicators and specific metrics to measure the effectiveness and ethics of AI-related decisions, based on sound data, ethical evaluations and multi-stakeholder feedback.

Upon successful completion of the programme, students will obtain an Expert Diploma in Responsible Management of Artificial Intelligence issued by Pompeu Fabra University.
To obtain the Expert Diploma you must have attended 80% of the classes and passed the corresponding evaluations.
