Introducció
The Master in Human Resources, Labor Relations and Talent Management is made up of 3 modules that are carried out during 2 academic years.
Module I corresponds to the Postgraduate Course in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations and modules II and III focus on Selection, Evaluation and Preservation of Human Potential (first term) and on Training and Development of Human Capital (second term).
The program consists of lectures, conferences, analysis of practical cases, group and individual work, exams, and the development of the Master's Final Project, which is a final thesis in which an applied HR project will be developed to highlight the acquired knowledge.
The Master's Final Project consists of the analysis of a company in relation to its HR policies. Based on the above, work is done on a topic related to the program and one or more of its subjects.
The student has the support of a mentor for the completion of the work and an evaluation committee that validates it, once it is finished.

Once students have completed the course they will obtain the Màster Universitari en Recursos Humans. Especialitat en Relacions Laborals i Gestió del Talent - Máster Universitario en Recursos Humanos. Especialidad en Relaciones Laborales y Gestión del Talento official Master's Degree, issued by the Pompeu Fabra University.
Issuance of official Master's Degrees: The amount stipulated in the DOGC (Official Gazette of the Government of Catalonia) must be paid for the rights to issue the degree. This rate varies annually and the rate in force at the time of application for the degree will be applied.
Activitats formatives complementaries
This master's program includes formative complements, aimed at all students coming from disciplines outside the degrees defined as recommended in the entry profile, such as engineering and architecture, sciences, arts and humanities, and/or those who have not sufficiently covered the main subjects in their previous degree to follow the master's program.

They are 100% online and you can take them throughout the academic year at your own pace, as they have been designed as self-study subjects.
International mobility program: we offer you the possibility of extending your studies in another top international institution during the academic year following the completion of your Master's degree. Places are limited.
Qui pot aplicar
In order to gain access to the Master in Human Resources, Labor Relations and Talent Management, as well as the postgraduate courses or programs, you need to be a graduate, or mid-level graduate with a university degree.
Those participants who do not have Spanish as one of their mother tongues or who did not have it as a teaching language in their training studies, must prove that they have at least a B2 level of Spanish (Common European Framework of Reference), as well as fluently take part in a personal interview with the academic director, if necessary.

To obtain the degree of the Master's in Human Resources, specializing in Labor Relations and TalentManagement, you must successfully complete the presentation of projects established before the Program Director and the rest of the participants. Additionally, there will be continuous evaluation through questionnaires at the end of each subject, which allow monitoring of the students' learning progress.
As it is a face-to-face program, a minimum attendance of 80% of the total teaching time is mandatory.
